Anti-viral meds?
Hi Has anyone been prescribed anti-virals for Labyrinthitis? I have had enough of this hellish virus and want to get my life back. Have used up my Betahistines prescribed over 3 weeks ago and am still suffering. Please reply if u have been given an anti-viral and if it was successful or not.http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/icons/icon9.gif

If your diagnosis is correct, anti viral meds will help. But if you dont feel better within a few weeks, I would ask to see a balance specialist. I think these doctors are called neuro-otologists in the UK.
