Thanks Bindar! I just wanted you to know how much you helped me. When you first said MAV to me I have to admit I cried because I was hoping this was just a temporary infection of some sort and MAV was a chronic condition. But after doing extensive research I became more and more confident that this was migraine going on and it really eased my mind. When you understand why something is happening to you and what you can do to help it, it makes you feel much more in control of your health. One of the most useful things I read was the book "Heal your headache." When I saw my neurologist I knew exactly what she was going to say to me.
How are things going with you? Last time I talked to you you were going to have an operation for your perilymph fistula. How did it go? How are you feeling?
