Ringing noise in my ears..

Okay, so i found this place because i googled it and found a few different cases of what i have. Or had.
Yesterday, before i went to bed, i blew my nose. I think i blew it too hard. I felt some pressure in my ear then i became kind of dizzy. Then this annoying ringing noise came. I can only hear it on my right ear, my left one is fine. I didn't think too much about and thought it would go away the next morning. It didn't. I woke up, my ears still ringing, and took a shower. After I took a shower, the ringing disappeared.
Now, i think the ringing is back, and i'm posting this to see what is wrong.
I really hope you guys can help, and that it's not something that will continue for too long.
