would my symptoms be caused by ear problems? please help!

i am a 20 year old female. 3 months ago i was forcefully dry heaving (thought i had to vomit but just came out heaving) so in the middle of the heaving i became spaced out. its a hard feeling to explain. i am just out of it. i have this spaced out feeling ALL THE TIME. also my eyes are heavy (which i think is fatigue?) and headaches. i have had a cat scan, spinal tap and tons of blood work done, everythings normal. could i have injured something in my ear while heaving? a regular doctor has looked in my ears and said nothing is wrong but could only special ear doctors see if something it wrong? i just do not know what it could be ugh these symptoms are ruining my life. im scared to death so if someone could please answer my post if you have any info on this. thank you
