I'm going to start living and stop obsessing I have had a perilymph fistula for about 15 years now, I have good days and bad days, but non the less have decided to live with it, lately I have had dizzy spells more from anxiety then anything else I think, worrying that I'm going to get dizzy all the time, it it a cycle that lives in my head. I have decided to stop obsessing over things I can't change and start living my life in the moment. I woke up this morning feeling good and enjoying every part of my day. One day at a time, thats all I can do |
Re: I'm going to start living and stop obsessing Right on. I think there's many of us who feel the same way. I've also found that even though exercise is the last thing I want when I'm dizzy, it's things that challenge my balance and dizziness like running on rocks or mountain biking that are most helpful. 1. it's a distraction from focusing on health issues. 2. it's a stress and anxiety buster. 3. it seems to help eyes and other balance sensors to compensate for the inner ear Thanks for the post |
