Sorry im not sure where to post this, and I dont have health insurance nor the money to pay to see a doctor, so im trying to just get an idea of what my problems could be, hoping its not a brain tumor or something.
I used to love driving, walking and being active, until recently these things have become really hard to do.
Driving is the worst, I cant go 20 minutes to see my girlfriend without having to pull over once or twice. It feels like I cant see anything, and I start to get really dizzy and sometimes shortness of breath which makes me feel like I could faint, so I have to pull over. I end up feeling like I just got off a rough roller coaster. This also happens when walking but not as severe.
I thought it may have been my vision and I got that checked out, but only needed a minor prescription for near nearsightedness and astigmatism. I still feel like I cant see though, its like anywhere I look I see a "light static haze", best way I can think to word it, its like when you close your eyes in a lit room and see the haze of light behind your eyelids, but its still there when open. The eye doc didnt see any cataracts or glaucoma, and he thought it could be inner ear too.
Do these symptoms sound like any inner ear problems? Id rule out vertigo because its never a "world spinning around me" sensation. I dont think its BPPV because I tried epleys and the other maneuver and nothing seemed to happen. I usually take multivitamins but stopped to try lipoflavonoid, but it seems to have done nothing so far, i also got some ear cleaner but that also did nothing. Dramamine helps a little bit but not enough, and it makes me extremely tired.
This thread is long enough so ill stop now, any thoughts/feed back appreciated. I just want to drive again

, luckily I carpool to work otherwise I would be completely SOL.
