air bubbles behind eardrum

My doctor told me my ears looked a little red and there were airbubbles behind my eardrum. I've been sick/dizzy on and off for the past 2 months. I get so fatigued. My legs feel weak and wobbly too. My scalp feels tight. Is this normal>? What is wrong with me? I started taking a nasal spray to relieve my Eustachian tube in which he thinks may be inflamed... it's been 3 days and I feel worse!
