To be honest I am not getting any better. There are progressions however. All possible inner ear tests are fine. My doctor says it all anxiety. I do have a hard time believing. There is this thing call Mal de debarquement but they appear to be way worse.
I DONíT feel the rocking feeling if I am distracted. Like playing the guitar or performing. Its strange really. Sometimes it seems to be in tune with my heartbeat.
