Progressive decrease in hearing in young people

I was diagnosed with sensorineural hearing loss last year and since then my hearing that declined progressively. I'm in my 20s with no history of loud music exposure, and my ENT can't figure out what's going on. I also have no history (genetic) of hearing loss.

Are there any other major causes of progressive hearing loss in young folks?
