Thought it was VN...

About nine months ago, I had severe disequilibrium, was sent to an audiologist and eventually to VRT. While VRT has significantly helped my symptoms, I still get some pretty intense and frequent headaches, some disequilibrium, leg tingline, and struggle with the motion of driving(it feels so uncomfortable). After reading my audiologist report and looking online it states in my VEMP test that I had no response at any stimulation level on the right side, but my calorics were within the normal ranges on both the left and right ears. I thought to have VN, you should have a significant caloric deficiency? Just struggling with my lack of process tonight and I'm looking insights with from the group? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I read your older post before this one. I have exactly everything you have even the highway hypnosis the whole time in driving. I explain it like I am sitting still and everything is coming at me real fast. I ended up being diagnosed with bilateral vestibular hypo function. I did VRT for a while. This past caloric testing showed that my right war which was close to zero function has greatly improved. A lot have improved except for the driving stuff . I am stumped as are the drs. I have migraines and this all seemed to start a couple years after the migraines did. Any updates?
