Maybe ask about superior canal dehiscence syndrome. If the vemps of abnormal, it could be this. It's when the bone in the inner ear are thinning or have a hole. It can be corrected with surgery.

I got ill in March 2012, started feeling better and driving some in summer 2013, only to have a fall back in Sept 2013. I know anxiety is bad too from feeling this way. I'm now having dizziness spells again and feeling faint, then anxiety and panic hit in and I also get the derealization where it feels like you're in a dream and not real. Horrible, horrible feelings. How are you now?
