Interstitial Cystitis & IBS

I have interstitial cystitis and ibs, here lately everytime I eat, my stomach swells up so bad, I thought it was just the IC but it's not just the lower abdomen but the upper stomach as well...if you can give me any insight on what's causing all this swelling, please let me know. I can't fit in my clothes anymore...I've gained 15 pounds from this whatever it is.
