Rescue instills

First of all, I am so happy to see IC as a health issue here. I was wondering if anyone that has IC do the own rescue instills? I've recently started doing them and I haven't quite gotten it down yet. I use Elmiron in my instills and I have a problem with getting all the meds out of the syringe because Emiron settles and doesn't dissolve. I know that I'm not getting most of the medicine in because it's left in the syringe when I'm done. If anyone knows what I should do to get all the meds in please tell me how.

Thanks!
