| Is this IC?
I have had burning and frequent urination for three weeks. The first week I was put on Macrobid (I was out of the country so they did not test for a UTI), it started feeling better but when I stopped it came back.
Week 2, they checked my urine and I was negative for a UTI. They gave me Cipro and I took it for a day and stopped because it made me feel terrible. I still had burning so I went back and they gave me an STD test and everything was negative.
Week 3, just came back from the doctor and I had another negative urine sample. Any idea what this could be? My urethra is constantly burning and it feels worse at night and my first urination in the morning. The only thing that really makes it feel better is drinking a ton of water and a little bit of heat on my urethra. What is even weirder is now my husband has a burning feeling...not sure if this is linked because I tested negative for STDs.
