| List of FODMAP foods by FODMAP
I've been following a low FODMAP diet for four weeks, and it does indeed seem to be helping with after meal bloating, fullness, stomach aches.
I am ready for the reintroduction phase. Once I succeed with a category such as Fructose I have read I can put it back in my diet.
My biggest concern is not eating something I have not reintroduced. For instance, I don't want to eat something that is both a Fructose and Fructans if I pass Fructose by have not yet challenged Fructans. That might be a bad example but you get the idea.
The categories I am using are: Fructose, Sorbitol, Mannitol, Lactose, Fructan Bread, Fructan Vegies, Fructan Fruit, Galactans
I know some recommendations are to stay on the low FODMAP diet until done reintroducing everything.
