Hi. I would just like to know if anyone else out there has had anything remotely like this. I usually post on the heart problem board because I had bypass surgery last year, but I have been plaqued with these particular symptoms for about 2-3 years. I wake up in the morning nauseated. Sometimes around 4:00 a.m. I somtimes can drink milk and this will subside and I can go back to bed. Other times I vomit. I always vomit bile, never food. Sometimes before I vomit the bile I will spit blood. I have had three endoscopies and each time they find no ulcer, cancer, etc. They say the lining of my stomach itself is bleeding. Erosive gastritis. Also, they think the bile is from my gallbladder which spills into the stomach and irritates it, thus the nausea and bleeding. They won't remove my gallbladder because I have no stones, and they say I might still continue with the same problems anyway. I have taken Zantac and Protonix, both of which help but none eliminate the problem. I have found if I am very careful after 5:00 p.m. with what I eat, ie: no fatty meats, greasy foods, chips, etc. it is better. Also sometimes if I have a bowel movement I feel a fullness in my lower throat and I throw up. Lovely eh?! Anyone else have anything similar or am I just the weird one. I personally think stress makes it a lot worse. I have had anxiety/panic disorder since I was a teenager (now 46) maybe this brought this on, any ideas? Thanks
