hi guys

i have really bad anxiety and i have bowel movements all the time, like 2-3 times a day, and everytime i eat something i immediately get a stomachache and it comes back out, most of it in diarrhea....can u help me??

sounds very much like IBS induced by stress/anxiety. I believe my IBS is directly driven by anxiety although sometimes I get IBS when I don't believe I feel stressed.

It's hard to know what to do really. At the moment I have a pretty sore stomach, bloated and crampy and pains in my back. I also seem to want to pass water frequently. Dr tested urine using dip tester and looked OK, so not likely a kidney UTI. He seems to think it's just IBS.... Feeling tired all the time aswell.
