Scared

i am 15 years old and have been chronic constipated for about 5 months now. it all started around the time i didnt get any exercise for a good 4 months was bed ridden and cannot go to the bathroom without prune juice every night but sometimes i still get constipated about every maybe 2 weeks. im really scared about what this could be. if it was colorectal cancer and i had a tumor of the bowel would i be able to go at all even with the prunes or could it be exercise making me not go or something else
and alot of days before and even after i go to the bathroom i'll have a very weird feeling like shi** in my a**. but weird like airy feeling and it stays the whole day. is this from the prune juice because i didnt have this problem before i drank it

Re: Scared

Hi Lusciouz,

You're not alone. It happens to a lot of people, where they feel like they haven't completely finished their washroom visit. Its really nothing to worry about if you can live with the problem. It has happened to me and I was able to make it go away - I guess I know stuff thats kind of hard to explain. The stuff I know kind of has to do with the medical reasons why these sorts of things happen.

Luscious, you should probably keep using the prune juice if it helps you with your constipation. As for exercise, you can experiment with exercising and not exercising to see if it helps you with any of your troubles.

Do you suffer from any pain or any other troubles?

Re: Scared

Oh hun, you will be alright...just make sure you keep going for daily check ups with your gastronologist. I have the same problem too, well I can most likely get it, alot of the women in my family has had cancer including my mother, and she is a survivor, just like you can be. I deal with the IBS, ulcers, anxiety, gaulbladder disease ( which will be removed soon hurray ) internal hemoroids, infections, acid reflex, and this all started very young for me as well. I am now 19 and and still going strong, make sure you get some colonoscopys done regulary, like I did, it helps. Ask about Prevpac, I took 3 therapys, that can help you.
