My IBS Free Regimen
I thought I'd share what has fixed my IBS D which has plagued me for years. It was chronic, painful, and severe. Now, it's managed. Here is what I do:
1. Eat a Zoe Foods bar every morning (www.zoefoods.com)
2. Drink Sun Soy Soy Milk
3. Take Equalactin when needed (works sometimes)
4. Eat Kashi Cereal (it's loaded with fiber, www.kashi.com)
Has anyone found that just by gradually increasing fiber, symptoms start to go away? I was told to get up to 25g fiber a day by my nutritionist.
