oh yeah, i've gotten some pretty severe bouts of pain.. thats one of my primary complaints.. i could handle the bowel movements if pain didn't accompany then during an attack..... so yes.... its not unusual for ibs sufferers to experience pain... if you've got all the tests done, the pain can pretty much be a result of ur ibs..... sorry you go through it too, i know how bad it is for me sometimes, 20 yr old male... supposed to be big and strong, i weigh 159 lbs down from 195... and it brings me to tears sometimes when i have severe pain.. but its okay we'll be alright... see ya hope this finds you well
