I see where the you got moderatored. Posting personal information on a public forum is for your own protection.So don't do it --- I got banned 3 times last years for a week each or so for not knowing the posting guidelines.

I have been posting on this board almost 5 years. I am a retired Electrical engineer with more experience than would like to have.

So, I am pretty regular, read alot and I try to answer messages that I know something about. I have had hemorrhoid surgery, diverticulitis so much until I developed chronic bleeding and had 2 1/2 feet of my colon removed on 4/4/2002.

I lived in San Francisco for 3 years and read alot about colonics before I took the treatments---took them for 3 months. I had my first colonoscopy done in 1983 and had had about 8 since then.

I really don't believe there is any interaction with these minerals-- you are suppose to get them in your diet Daily anyway for good health. It is written on the bottle what the daily allowence that is recommended--- most people don't get enough in their diet. That is why people have alot of problems --- from heart, intestinal to osteopois, weak bones and muscles that don't function well.

If you have any questions just write and I will answer you. If I don't know I certainly will tell you. I usually write on the Bowel, Digestive disorders and this board but I started on the Alternative Medicine board because I have used Homeopathy for almost 25 years.
