Hello! i am new to this board, but I have ibs and have found that cleaning all the yeast overgrowth out of your system really does help. I started taking FUngal defense a week ago and can tell a big difference. I also started eating better and drinking a half a gallon of water a day or more, plus 3 or 4 days a week of exercise. It takes disapline but does help. I also did a 7 day cleanse before the fungal defense and found it very helpful. It is good to clean all the bad bateria out of our system. If you will go on a website explaining how fungal defense works.. it will tell you for people with ibs among other health issues. I think it will help you.
