Flavored Metamucil? - Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Message Board

Has anyone tried the flavored Metamucil or some other kind of flavored bulk forming over the counter stuff? Did it taste better than the other kind and did it work? Thanks!

I always use the orange flavored sugar free and it works!!

Ditto to Harry's reply. The unflavored is gross, but the orange flavored, sugar-free one is fine. Also, I've noticed a big difference in price, depending on where you buy it. My grocery store charges as much for a small cantainer as the big-discount stores charge for the big size. So it pays to shop around.

I prefer Citracel-Orange and Sugarfree. The metamucil is really grose!
