Eggs anyone? - Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Message Board

Does anybody have trouble eating eggs with IBS? I'm trying to get up the courage to try it again. I don't really know that it's one of my trigger foods, but I suspect it might be.

I cant eat eggs at all and im scared to try them again...I also cant eat lettuce for some reason

hi,

Try experimenting with eggs on a day you have nothing extra important to do. That way you can do it in safety. (make sure there is a washroom nearby).

Personally, i've never had trouble with eggs. But different people are different.

I agree with 6th sence. I have ibs with constapation and eggs don't bother me at all well I should't say at all but if I make them myself than its ok but I go to a restaurante no good I would say try it on a day when you have nothing to do at all.
