 new here...please help
Hello everyone
I'm new to this site and I'm looking for some advice and help dealing with my IBS. I'm 21 years old and have had IBS for a few years now. I've been to a gastro twice, the second time he did some blood tests to see if i have Celiac Disease and is checking some other levels, and i'm still waiting for the results.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had to cut out a lot of foods from their diet. I am not able to eat fruits, vegitables or dairy products because they all give me really bad pains and D. Lately i've been in constant pain, with really low energy and just haven't been feeling good at all. Is there anything that will help? I will try pretty much anything because i really want to be able to eat again without feeling sick and pain.
