| Severe IBS-C-I dont now how much more I can take
I went to gastroenterologist and he diagnosed me with IBS with constipation. And he put me on anti-depressants and told me it was probably stress related, and told me to take citricel(sp?). And come back in 3 weeks. I had a cat scan done back in July that showed that my instestines were completely full. And now I feel completely full. I have tried eating more fiber, taking the citrucel, drinking 64 oz of water a day, drinking magnesium citrate (I almost threw up on that stuff), taking stool softeners, exlax, zelnorm, EVERYTHING, and I have only went 3 times and it was all a little bit and hard little pebbles. I look like I am 7 or 8 months pregnant because I am so full and bloated, I have severe pain ALL THE TIME!!! WHAT WILL HELP ME, and WHO WILL? I have been to 3 different doctors since May when it all started and I cant get any help. Can your intestines explode from being so full? I am just so depressed, its just to much for me, I cant eat because it hurts after like 5 minutes and my stomach gets twice as big as it already was. Someone please help I dont know how much longer I can suffer.
