| Bad "D" last night and continuing this morning
Hmm..I just wanted to share that even though the weather man says it will get cold enough to leave pizza out and not in the fridge...doesnt' mean you can eat it safely the next day....
THe only reason I belive the diarea I got last night--which was BAD--right afer I ate is not due to my IBS per se, but due to my lunch of pizza that had sat out in our freezing house the night before that we forgot to put up is because my husband got it too. We both got it at the same time which was inconvenient since we only have one toilet! But, for future reference if you've got sensitive bowels or IBS don't leave pizza out like that--it was suppossed to be down to the wee 20's and our house is usually colder inside almost than out so we thought we'd be safe...but then we got sick.
I'm still experiencing watery stool this morning though, and I ate only ONE peice of that pizza yesterday at 1:00, so maybe something in our supper last night was bad? I don't know, but I have IBS (Husband doesn't to my knowledge) and we both got it! So just a heads up!
