I have to agree I find it relieving also. My problem is I have gas build up so bad at times and it won't come out. So when it does I feel extremely happy.

when you have gas build up, is it lower intestinal/colon? Like you have to have a BM, but then an hour later or so, gas comes out and it is a relief? Almost like gas is trapped in there for a while?

I get this a lot, and it's really annoying. Doctor thinks I might have IBS.

Yes, it is horrible! I even get pressure down in my butt like I have sit to long in something hard. On the left bottom side of me by my hip bone even gets pains at times from this. I constantly feel as if I need to go and nothing comes out but a little gas at times and at least the gas comming out gives me some relief. It's the most annoying thing I have ever had.
