I find it really interesting that today I have had horrible bloating and felt constipated. I could not figure out why, and then I remembered, I am going home tomorrow. I notice that anytime either I leave my residence or plan on it and the time nears, that I get bloated and constipated. Only after staying at a new place for close to a week will I have less bloating. It appears in this case for some reason, the thought of changing places for a few days does this to me for whatever reason I don't understand.
I don't think we can say it is because of stress, because I have looked foward to going home and relxing for a few days. Also, I went to the beach a few weeks ago, and when I did, I had a great time, but I felt this way there too, simply knowing that I am going on a trip, leaving where I am now, will cause me to get bloated, and if it is preplanned, if I know I am leaving in advance, then I get this way before I leave. Is there any guess by you as to why this is happening to me, and how I can allievate it, this can not be stress related, as even when I go on vacation this happens.
