 Probiotics: What is your favorite brand?
Lots of people talk about them, but I have found one that I think is far superior to ANYTHING else I've ever tried. It's called Reuteri. Check your healthfood store for it. It is a much more potent and advanced formula. My vitamin store guru recommended it when I was going through a real hard time last year. In three days I felt 100% better..and for the next three weeks kept getting better each day.
I have been taking it for a year. It is funny, but whenever I go into buy some more, the cashier or even other customers when they see it, will make a point of telling me how great the stuff is. Vitamin Cottage in Colorado sells a ton of this stuff. It is not very expensive. I highly recommend it.
