Fatigue, dizziness digestive related?

I've been suffering from terrible fatigue, dizziness and all around feeling terrible. I've been to two ENT's, two neruologists, and one heart specialist, all test have come back negative. I have been dealing with a digestive condition for a least 8 years, and I believe some refer to it as bile salt diarrha. All i know is that if I don't take either Imodium of Colestid or cholestrymine I will have severe diarrhea before I even finish a meal. I'm wondering if this condition is contributing to my fatigue and dizziness. Has anyone ever experienced these symptoms due to digestive disorder?

Re: Fatigue, dizziness digestive related?

it's possible you may have some anxiety related symptoms causing dizzyness and fatigue. I have had anxiety, panic attacks and IBS for the last 4 years although generally I'm much better than I was. I do go through episodes of anxiety which generally causes dizzyness and flares up the IBS. The last few days I've had a bit of dizzyness and frequent feelings of nausea along with a lot of pain in my left side. I'm assuming it's all related!

Re: Fatigue, dizziness digestive related?

I think it could all be related and not necessarily anxiety related. The nausea can certainly make you feel dizzy adn I have had heartburn so bad that I almost passed out a couple times. It went all the way down my arms and thru my body and I had to hang on to stay balanced. This was like a day after I had had very heavy citrus intake as in MaiTai's. I finally figured it out that it was a type of heartburn. I thought it was a heart attack. I no longer can drink MaiTai's or any hard liguor and dilute wine now.
