I had a blood test a few months ago which apparantly said i havent got ibs, but i dont believe it! i have all the symptoms and the typical diorea (sorry cant spell it) and constipation, mainly constipation, as i dont have b/m's everyday, even if i eat more that normal. Is there anything out there which i could take to encourage b/m's more often? i have heard soluable fibre suplements are good for this? im not one of the best tablet takers either which causes problems!
