| Supplement Helping my IBS
First off, I have no financial interest in this product. I heard about it on another board. I've been using it for a week and am starting to get some relief from my IBS-C.
It is called Greens Plus & it is a powder. The label says 3 teaspoons/day. I add it to a tablespoon of Gentle Fibers (Jarrow), hold my nose & drink it. Get the berry flavor of Greens Plus - they say that the regular flavor is horrible.
Amazon seems to have the best price, oddly enough. I also found it in my health food store.
It seems to help things move - and if you really suffer from IBS-C, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I haven't suffered any cramps (I also take Zelnorm, so that might be why) and generally feel pretty good down there, which is unusual for me. I have mine refrigerated because it contains probiotics.
