Hi, for about a month now I have had a near constant stomach pain. The pain is not servere and does not keep me from doing things, however its just always their. Previous to getting whatever I have I had stress and anxity. After hearing news of a freinds death I began to have emotional troubles, such as thinking about death and thinking myself I have cancer ect. I also was eating unhealthy and consumed alot of caffine and faty foods, more so then I ever did in my life. It is also my first time away from home.

For the last couple days I have bee eating healthy and I have been feeling somehwat better. Also when I put my mind at rest and do things that distract from my trouble its gets better. I heard about IBS and other stuff but I don't have dierhea nor do I vomit I thought at first I had to much acid in my body, but it could be anything. My doctor told me I just ate something wrong and should go away after a while. She also ruled out apednix problems.

This is the first time in my life somthing like this occured. I also found that the more woried I get the worse it becomes. The pain is prety much a circle around my belly butten, but mostly just above it. I just hope it goes away. I'am 20 years of age. From reading this forum I can tell that their are alot of tests you can take, but msot of you found they showed nothing and they check out good, making me think that alot of this is caused by emotions and mental stuff.
