stomach pain to the point I almost passed out.

Last couple nights I've been woken up by severe stomach pain. The pain is so bad it makes me dizzy, extremely sweaty, white as a ghost...almost to the point where I'm about to pass out. It is somewhat relieved after using the bathroom. I suffer from chronic daily migraines and Id like to think I have a high tolerance for pain, but what I experienced last night was unimaginable. I always have issues with my stomach from weekly diarehha, cramps, heart burn, but for the most part it is tolerable, but nothing compared to last nights episode. I would get it checked out by dr., but at the time Im inbetween jobs w/ no insurance.
Any feedback would be appreciated
