Hi FlyFish--I really don't have a decent clue, but it almost sounds like you've got a couple of things going on. Not only IBS, but migraine, too or allergic response to something . Do you think you might be having a reaction to one of the meds you're taking, or did the acne and blotch happen beforehand? Have you been tested for lupus also? I would pester the doctor who gave me all of these meds or your gp and request more tests. I sympathize with you--I also had my gall bladder out 3 weeks ago and thought it wouldn help. It didn't. It's like the acid and bile is aggravating a couple of organs in there and your body is trying to fight it. I'm going to my gp tomorrow and complain that I need more testing.
