bicarbonate of soda
Does anyone get severe bloating & pain from drinking a small amt of this in a glass of water? I thought it was to relieve bloating & gas. Thanks.

It is not meant to relieve bloating and usually causes it. Generally this is taken if one has indigestion type gas, not intestinal gas.
