Another way you can match your triggers to your symptoms is through a daily tracker or "food diary." I have been using a food diary for years. I think the list of foods will be as many and varied as the people who have IBS. You just have to figure out what your triggers are. Hope this helps! jrose
Thanks for the input,i get worse around "the time of the month"
and when im stressed i suffer too..I will have to keep a food diary thats a good idea! I have noticed wine sets me off which is a shame as i have Inlaws in France and we are there alot and white bread and wine are a staple diet!..I will have to find something i can enjoy on my hols!
