I have had this problem for years but only this year was diagnosed by a doctor, I am wondering if anyone else has problems sexually, I have alot of gas problems, and well the diarrhea, the doctor did give me some pills to try which have helped but i still have gas, and to be honest, I dont feel sexual, if you know what I mean, any suggestions on what to use for that problem, I would appreciate any help, this ibs has ruined my life and i suffer deep depression, I just am fed up with being afraid of being close to anyone and not able to go out to stores in fear I will have accidents, thank you for your time,

You might ask your doctor about C. diff (Clostridium difficile) as a possible source of your diarrhea. I had it in 2005, and it was terrible and I even had nocturnal accidents and had two in public places. C. diff is becoming an increasing problems and many people get it while in the hospital. Ask your doctor about it. Are you seeing as Gastro doc? If not, you should be.

thank you i will ask my doctor, and i have seen doctors, and had colonoscopy and other tests, thank you again for getting back to me on this, the gas problem seems to have gone, but i will ask my doctor about what you said,
