I have IBS it use to be really bad where id get the reslly sore cramping sweating and nausea straight after eating and have to get to the toilet straight away. I got fybogel from the doctor and took it for about a week, this was months ago and I very rarely have an attack now, however I now know when Im going to need the toilet as it s as if I get wee shooting pains in my lower abdomen where my varied and I predume my intestine must be. There not unbearable and its only really if I move fast or suddenly, does anyone else suffer with this? Its driving me crazy this month because we are trying for a baby and its just like implantation cramps in the same area. Is there anything I could take daily to stop this?
