How do you know you cannot have any milk products? Have you tried the active yogurt? If you would like to, and I have found it made all the difference in the world, over time, I can now eat some dairy,
begin with small amounts & build up, start when you don't have to be in public, because g.a.s. at first is normal, just til you work up to it.
Unless you have actually been diagnosed lactose intolerant or allergic?
How are you getting along with the food diary? Are you able to add more foods? I think that is a great idea & too, good that you are adding vitamins. Minerals too?
