Post Non-traditional foods that may wheat sensitive IBS

In my effort to control unexpected IBS episodes, I have tried to read labels and ask more questions about ingrediants in foods so that I do not inadventantly eat an offending food. One food I found that can give me problem is pringles. One of its main ingrediants is wheat starch. I did not know this and had problems for 2 days.
Are there other ingrediants or non-traditional products that I should be avoid that may cause a severe BM?

Thanks,
