hey whats up... i was the poster of the recent pain questions post
on the advice of the responses i got... i went out and got a supplement called acidophilus blend, the probiotic i was recommended taking..... along w/ this i got a papaya enzyme complete supplement too.... ive been told by numerous people, including a pharmacist that this should help w/ digestion pretty well...
although, i'm at a loss for when to take these supplements? i know papaya, after meals.. but is there at time of the day for the probiotic??
i also got some calcium...
what else can i do??
