| | This may have helped me...
For close to a year I have had loose stools and frequent bowel movements - maybe 4 or 5 a day, and some of them being very urgent. This was after being a pretty regular guy for all my life.
After a series of tests, the doc said I had IBS. I was lucky in that I did not have the cramping or any pains - only very loose stools and multiple bowel movements.
I tried several things with no luck, but then I started taking olive leaf extract and oil of oregano, which I read somewhere were good antivirals and antibiotics. These are available in health food stores. Well, my symptoms began to almost immediately get better. In the two weeks I have tried this, I have had some of my first solid bowel movements in a long time and the frequency of my bm's has decreased. All is not perfect - I have still had my original symptoms, but not as often, and I can't say I am still improving as time goes by, by I do seem better. Whether this is coincidence or not, I don't know.
I am mentioning this not to encourage sales of these two herbs, but only to see if anyone else has tried these to see if my results might be real. They are not cheap herbs, and I won't bother getting any more if they stop helping, but I felt this was worth mentioning to you all. I have my doubts that this is really a treatment, but if some of your try it and are helped, then I will be quite happy. If not, then please forgive me for getting you to buy these things!
