I am a 22 year old female and are constintly having gas and bloating feelings all day every day.. im not sure if i need to use the bathroom half the time or if its just gas and its really frusterating.. im starting school in september and am nervous about the fact that i may need to use the bathroom at school and am not going to beable to concentrate.. does anyone have any idea of what i can use to help get rid of this gas and bloating.. i find that my bm's are getting better..also fo some weird reason i find that in the morning im really sick and after suppers im good..
Sunshine--- Bloating as well as gas is cause alot by not having the friendly flora in your intestines. For many reasons it can get out of balance??
You should try a probiotic supplement at least twice daily. Also, eat yohurt --- I like Stonyfield Farm best --- it contains 6 active live cultures.
