A CBC is a complete blood count. It measures numbers of red blood cells, white blood cells, total amount of hemoglobin, percent of blood made up of red blood cells, and the mean corpuscal volume (size of the cells). Also platelet counts, and some other additional information is acquired in CBCs.
CMP means Comprehensive Metabolic Panel. It is 14 tests packed into one. It is used to get information about liver, kidneys, blood sugar and blood protein, and electrolyte and acid/base balances.
I'm not sure what the HgBAC is...are you sure it's not hs-CRP? That is the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein test. It is done usually for heart-related problems.
The T4 test simply measures the amount of T4 in the blood. The TSH you talked about stands for thyroid-stimulating hormone, which is secreted by the pituitary gland in the brain. So basically the gland in the brain controls the thyroid gland...
Lipid test is the same as a cholesterol/triglyceride test.
Hope this helps.
