I use something from the health food store that is the best thing that helps me. the brand is Nature's Way and its called "Garden Veggies". You can go to the nature's way website and get it there or at your local health food store. sorry not trying to promote but that's what helps me.
I eat a raw celery stalk with lime and chili powder (I'm not supposed to eat chili powder, but raw celery is quite tasteless). I try to do it everyday, but sometimes I forget.
Okay, don't laugh but I have found that if I have a handful of M&M peanuts in the morning before anything else then I'm running to the loo. Maybe it's the chocolate maybe it's the peanuts, but lately several of them and I'm running. I don't know why. I'm not too bad later in the day if I eat them, it's just in the morning.
