I feels like the bottom of my stomach is going to fall out. I haven't eaten today my guts hurt to bad I have been in bed most the day due to this stomach pain. Iv'e had stomach pain before but the feeling of my stomach is going to break open.

I too have these stomack pains. It is soooo painful I am in bed for a day and a half. I wish I can find a drug to zap this thing so I can go on with my daily life! Good luck

is it your stomach or further down, closer to where your intestines are? I know its hard to determine sometimes, but the pain is different.
Also if it is in your bowels, the pain will generally come and go with bowel movements, and you have an annoying feeling like you need to go to the toilet all the time (even though you dont).
Hate to tell you but there is no miracle drug out there that will cure you.
This comes down to self-help, lifestyle changes and dietary changes and basically finding and treating the cause of your problems rather than treating symptomatically.
