Post has anyone had flu-like symptoms with IBS?

**** - I'm so stressed I might have cancer.... my stomach hurts so bad, have bad acid reflux, swollen ab and stomach, etc., and when I get the reflux it seems to give me flu-like symptoms (swollen tonsils/sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, headache). happen to any of you????

Sorry, I didn't read this message.
With all that is going on with you --You really need to see a Doctor!!!!

It sound like a bad infection but you need to be examined!!!
