well I am better today must have pulled something straining IBS and GERD are yucky deseases I guess I am still learning to cope the worst is being somewhere and having a panic attack and then that upsets my IBS an I have to run to find a bathroom and hope it's in time. I ate watermelon for breakfast and it turned my stomach wrong side out. I don't even know what to eat anymore I thought watermelon was pretty safe. guess not.
