 High Glycemic Foods and IBS
I just wondered if anyone has also considered that foods with a high glycemic index also affects your system. By High Glycemic I mean those foods that convert to sugar quickly once they are digested.
I believe that also contributes to my fatigue.
Since sugar, regular sugar, aspertaime, and sorbitol, can cause disturbance in my system. I think high glycemic foods may also do the same.
Can anyone else shed any light on this theroy?
